Delivery and Returns
We endeavour to dispatch items the following working day wherever possible but please note that the store is closed on Mondays. Saturday orders which miss the postage deadline will be shipped first thing on Tuesday.
Postage costs are calculated based upon a Royal Mail 'Small Parcel' charge of £2.85 for standard 2nd class delivery (est. 2-3 working days from dispatch) or £3.50 if 1st class is selected (est. 1 working day from dispatch). This is a flat rate charge, meaning the more you order the more you save!
In accordance with distance selling regulations you may choose to return any un-cut purchases within 14 days of receipt. In this case items must be returned unused in their original packaging. Please use the 'Contact' form in the main menu to arrange this. A full refund including the original postage costs will be issued upon receipt of the goods however return postage costs are at the buyers expense.
Cut lengths of fabric are non-returnable unless faulty. If you have any queries regarding our returns policy then don't hesitate to get in touch.
The items provided are authentic printed sewing patterns from the year stated (where known). In some cases this is up to 70 years so naturally their condition varies and age related wear should be expected.
Each pattern is personally hand checked and we endeavour to provide accurate information regarding their completeness and condition.
